• Shipping & Delivery

• At this time, Target Depot ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does Target Depot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.




• Return Policy

• Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization.
  
  If you are not satisfied with any products purchased at Target Depot, you may return the item to Target Depot within fifteen (15) days from the date of shipment, provided the items are found by the staff of Target Depot to be in NEW and UNUSED condition.  Please do not return COD.  CODs will not be accepted.
  
  How to return an item:
  
  1. Contact Target Depot via the email contact form on our Contact Us page to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA number).
  
  If you have not received a reply to an e-mail RMA request within 2 business days PLEASE call us at 404-806-5432.
  
  2. Just return it within 15 days of shipment in the same condition, (new and unused in its original packaging in resalable condition.  Shipping charges and processing fees are non-refundable.
  
  3. If possible, include the invoice with the item. Write the RMA number and a brief note on the invoice (or separate sheet of paper if invoice is unavailable) indicating the reason for the return.
  
  4. We will provide you with shipping instructions.
